We are looking for Head of Marketing to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Define and lead the marketing vision, ensuring consistent player acquisition and retention across key performance channels.
• Partner with central holding teams on budget planning, alignment of marketing goals and transparent reporting across: Affiliate marketing, SEO and Brand campaigns.
• Develop and expand key marketing areas within the project, including influencer marketing through partnerships with streamers, influencers and local media.
• Build strong brand awareness across top regional platforms.
• Launch creative offline campaigns tailored to local markets.
• Establish and manage an in-house acquisition team focused on Facebook, PPC and revenue-share channels.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the iGaming market.
• Deep understanding of local markets, player motivations and competitive dynamics.
• A strong professional network across affiliates, streamers, agencies, publishers and digital communities.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale marketing teams while collaborating with product, finance and operational units.
• Analytical and ROI-focused approach, with expertise in budgeting, performance measurement and campaign optimization.
