Responsibilities:

- Management and development of relationships with Brand Ambassadors.
- Coordination and execution of sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
- Analysis and understanding of current content trends for strategic adaptation.
- Active engagement and relationship building with bloggers and influencers.
- Participation in the development and generation of content ideas and creative concepts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in independently developing and executing strategies for working with Opinion Leaders (bloggers, micro-influencers) and organizing sponsorship integrations.
- Strong comprehension of key performance metrics (KPIs), including ER (Engagement Rate), reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Demonstrated experience in generating innovative ideas for native and highly effective content integrations.
- Ability to craft clear and detailed Technical Specifications (TS/Briefs) for both influencers and internal teams.
- Exceptional skills in conducting complex negotiations and securing mutually beneficial deals with influencers, agencies, and sponsorship platforms.
