We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team

Job Description:

• Create motion graphics for advertising, social media, and web platforms;
• Support and evolve the product’s visual style through motion and static assets;
• Participate in brainstorms, generate concepts, and work with feedback;
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and product teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer (advertising, digital, or product teams);
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
• Solid understanding of composition, rhythm, timing, typography;
• Ability to take a task from concept to final render;
• Experience creating high-quality, stylistically consistent motion assets;
• Experience working with static formats in Figma as part of shaping a cohesive creative approach
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools for creative tasks.
• Basic or advanced 3D experience (Blender / Cinema 4D).
