Key Responsibilities in AI and Automation Project Management

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI and Automation projects, driving transformational impact across the organisation.
• Develop project roadmaps and define deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineering, data, business, and product specialists to deliver seamless project workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes and implement AI-driven solutions to optimise operations and customer experiences.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards are fully integrated into all AI and Automation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, proactively troubleshoot roadblocks, and report on milestones and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation.

AI and Automation Project Manager Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects involving AI, machine learning, or automation technologies.
• Solid understanding of digital transformation, RPA, and the software development lifecycle.
• Outstanding organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret data, gather requirements, and translate business goals into actionable project plans.
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies in a technology-driven environment.
