Senior HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities in Human Resources Analysis and Strategy
- Analyse key HR metrics, workforce data, and trends to support informed business decisions while helping to optimise talent management and employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve complex HR challenges and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop, report on, and communicate insightful people analytics across the employee lifecycle to drive data-driven improvements in recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Support the creation and improvement of HR policies and processes to ensure competitive, fair, and inclusive practices throughout the organisation.
- Act as a trusted consultant to People Team and business leaders, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and alignment to business objectives.
- Partner with IT and HRIS teams to implement advanced HR systems, leveraging automation and technology to enhance HR efficiency and reporting capabilities.
- Monitor best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics, bringing innovation and continuous improvement to Parimatch’s HR strategy.
Essential Experience & Skills for Senior HR Analysts
- Significant, progressive experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or people data analysis (ideally in fast-growing, international companies).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to turn numbers into narratives and solutions.
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS), data visualisation tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar), and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and responsibility in handling sensitive HR data and business information.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
