We are searching for a dedicated professional to join our team and lead the sourcing and onboarding of the world’s most engaging digital products. As part of our fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will play a key part in expanding Parimatch’s suite of offerings, identifying best-in-class entertainment experiences, and driving our global differentiation.
Product Acquisition Manager Role: Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and evaluate new digital entertainment products, content partners, and game providers to strengthen Parimatch’s product portfolio.
- Negotiate, secure, and manage strategic partnerships and supplier agreements to maximise value, quality, and competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional projects to onboard new products rapidly, co-ordinating with Product, Legal, Compliance, Payments, and Marketing teams for a seamless go-live.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to ensure sustained product excellence and relevance.
- Analyse commercial, operational, and user data to provide insights and shape product acquisition strategy for continuous improvement and growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, representing Parimatch’s interests with professionalism and clarity.
- Stay ahead of global entertainment trends, attending events and networking to spot emerging opportunities.
- Champion responsible gaming, regulatory compliance, and best practice standards across all product acquisitions.
- Report on key acquisition and integration metrics, including time to market, commercial performance, and customer adoption.
Essential Requirements for Product Acquisition Manager Jobs
- Proven success in product acquisition, business development, or supplier management roles within online entertainment, iGaming, media, or technology sectors.
- Strong negotiation, partnership-building, and stakeholder management skills — able to navigate both commercial and compliance considerations with ease.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills to evaluate product performance, market fit, and ROI.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders in a digital, multicultural, and fast-evolving environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of digital product onboarding, technical integrations, and operational processes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of regulations relating to gaming, entertainment, or digital products, with a focus on responsible gaming and safe practices.
- Proficiency in analytical, CRM, or procurement platforms. Familiarity with contract management is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European or international languages are welcomed.
