Lead Our Community & UGC Strategy for Online Entertainment Engagement
- Shape and execute a global community engagement strategy across social media, forums, and owned platforms.
- Grow and nurture vibrant digital communities of sports and entertainment fans, content creators, and brand advocates.
- Champion user-generated content — discover creators, curate compelling UGC, and amplify authentic voices.
- Develop and deliver creative campaigns that inspire participation, loyalty, and viral shareability.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Customer teams to streamline community-first activations.
- Monitor and analyse community sentiment and trends, using insights to optimise content and engagement strategies.
- Implement best-in-class moderation protocols — ensuring safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces for all users.
- Manage UGC rights, approvals, and compliance, upholding platform policies and global regulations.
- Lead events, competitions, and brand experiences that celebrate and reward community members.
- Keep Parimatch ahead of industry trends in UGC and digital community management, adopting innovative approaches to drive reach and participation.
Key Skills and Experience for Community & UGC Marketing Leads
- Proven experience building and managing digital communities – ideally in online entertainment, gaming, sports, or culture-focused brands.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, digital storytelling, and content moderation.
- Track record of designing and executing UGC campaigns or creator partnership programmes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships online.
- Strong analytical mindset – confident using audience insights, engagement metrics, and feedback to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of digital rights, user privacy, and legal considerations in UGC.
- Experience with community management, social listening, and UGC amplification tools.
- Innovative, organised, and relentlessly proactive – eager to test, learn, and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
