We are now expanding our Payment Operations team and are looking for a Payment Support Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in fintech, product support, or payment operations — no previous experience is required. We will teach you everything you need to succeed.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and track incoming payments from PSPs to ensure they are processed correctly and on time.
• Communicate with PSP partners regarding technical questions and resolve transaction-related issues.
• Identify and report transaction irregularities and participate in troubleshooting on the product side.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Product, Risk, Support) to resolve payment-related cases.
• Perform daily reviews of transaction flows and escalate potential problems.
• Respond promptly to changes affecting payment functionality and maintain stable payment operations.

Requirements

We are open to candidates without experience, but we expect:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Analytical mindset and good time-management skills.
• Interest in fintech, payments, or product operations.
• Stress resistance, adaptability, and the ability to multitask.
• Critical thinking and responsibility in daily tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
