We are seeking a talented and motivated Middle CRM Manager to play an integral role in our CRM team. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Manage and segment customer databases to deliver personalised promotions and communications.
• Leverage data to monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Utilise leading CRM platforms to automate and enhance user journeys and trigger-based communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM best practices, regulations, and iGaming industry trends.
• Ensure all CRM activities comply with applicable legal and data privacy requirements.

CRM Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum of2 years’ experience in a similar CRM, retention, or database marketing role (iGaming, e-commerce or related digital sectors preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of major CRM systems (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
• Proven expertise in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
• Ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data for optimisation and reporting purposes (Excel skills required; SQL or BI tool experience is an advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive, with a track record of collaboration within cross-functional teams and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
