PariMatch is seeking a Head of Poker to lead its global Poker vertical. This role combines
strategic ownership, operational excellence, and commercial accountability. You will drive the Poker product roadmap, optimize performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class experiences across multiple markets, including Asia, LATAM, and other. You will define and execute the global Poker strategy, manage tournaments, rake structures, and liquidity, while ensuring integrity, fair play, and regulatory compliance. The role includes full P&L responsibility, performance optimization, and managing relationships with platform providers and technology partners.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define and execute the global Poker strategy and product roadmap across multiple
regions.
● Oversee Poker operations, tournaments, cash games, rake structures, and liquidity
management for 10+ markets and millions of hands played per month.
● Ensure product integrity, compliance, and security across all markets.
● Drive P&L performance, revenue growth, and key performance metrics: Poker NGR,
active players (X+), retention, lifetime value, and tournament participation.
● Analyze player behavior, global market trends (Asia, LATAM, MENA), and competitive
landscape to optimize performance.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless player experience.
● Lead and mentor the Poker team (10–20 specialists globally), fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
Requirements:
● Extensive experience in iGaming with Poker product or operations management.
● Proven track record managing Poker revenue streams, tournaments, and global
operations.
● Strong knowledge of Poker formats, game mechanics, and player behavior across
international markets.
● Leadership experience with high-performing teams.
● Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with KPIs/BI tools.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
● Background as a poker player or deep theoretical understanding of Poker.
● Experience operating in Asia, LATAM, MENA, and other international markets.
