VIP Support Manager

We are expanding our VIP division and looking for a VIP Support Manager who will work with key clients, provide a high level of service, and support players across all matters related to the product, transactions, and personalized offers.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming requests via messengers, chats, and email.
Providing prompt assistance with account, gameplay, bonus, and payment-related questions.
Delivering a personalized and high-quality customer experience.
Crediting bonuses and applying template-based bonus setups.
Working with reports and data uploads to analyze client activity.
Identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention among VIP clients.
Processing manual deposit and withdrawal requests.
Candidate Requirements
Ukrainian — fluent.
Experience in customer support (preferably with VIP or premium-segment clients).
Understanding of basic iGaming financial metrics: GGR, margin, behavioral indicators.
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Stress resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, non-standard thinking — ability to find solutions beyond typical scripts.
Strong orientation toward service quality and results.
