We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who turns company strategy into concrete results across departments and keeps a close eye on our key business initiatives.

This role is for someone who thinks in numbers. You won't just track statuses. You'll understand how each initiative affects the company's financial performance and be able to show it.

What you'll do

• Break down company strategic goals and North Star metrics into specific work streams, initiatives and expected outcomes for each department

• Keep priorities aligned across teams and dependent initiatives

• Monitor department progress on cross-stream tasks

• Identify cross-functional dependencies, blockers and priority conflicts, and resolve them or escalate to Head level in time

• Build a consolidated view of key business initiatives: progress, deviations, risks and forecast against target metrics

• Run structured competitor and market analysis: product changes, marketing approaches, business models, key mechanics and potential growth opportunities for the company

• Lead key project meetings (weekly and monthly status reviews)

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in project/program management, strategic planning or business performance roles

• Deep hands-on experience with financial and business metrics: P&L, unit economics, LTV, CAC, ARPU, ROI, retention. You can build a forecast, spot deviations and explain what's driving them

• Experience breaking strategic goals down into KPIs and initiatives for multiple teams

• Experience managing cross-functional projects with many dependencies

• Experience in market and competitor analysis that leads to practical business conclusions

• Strong data skills: advanced Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools

• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, betting, fintech or other digital products with a transactional model (GGR, NGR, deposit metrics)
