VIP Sales Manager

We are looking for VIP Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication with VIP clients through messengers, email, and phone calls

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned VIP clients

  • Maintain and regularly update client information in the CRM

  • Monitor and analyze key financial and performance metrics of assigned VIP clients

  • Develop and apply personalized bonus offers based on individual client needs

  • Identify client needs and provide a high level of personalized service

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless VIP client experience

  • Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client and financial information

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in VIP Sales, VIP Account Management, or a similar role

  • Experience in the iGaming industry is required

  • Proven experience working with VIP / high-value clients

  • Strong personal sales and negotiation skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Strong analytical and financial skills

  • Ability to understand and work with sales and financial metrics

  • Confident and professional communication skills

  • Ability to communicate naturally and comfortably with high-value clients

  • Fluent Russian and Ukrainian are required

  • English is a plus

  • High emotional intelligence and empathy

  • Stress resistance and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Diplomacy, tact, and strong relationship-building skills

  • Proactive and self-driven approach

  • Strong sense of responsibility
