We are looking for Marketing Technology Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical MarTech projects from initial business request through implementation and launch;

• Communicate with business teams, gather requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications;

• Break down tasks, manage the backlog, plan sprints, and monitor execution;

• Manage priorities and team capacity across multiple projects and requests;

• Coordinate developers, QA engineers, and other technical specialists;

• Conduct technical research and evaluate potential solutions;

• Contribute to the development of internal MarTech tools, integrations, and automations;

• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and implementation quality.;

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout all stages of project delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or in a similar role;

• Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, sprint planning, and backlog management;

• Ability to gather and formalize business requirements and create clear technical specifications;

• Understanding of REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, web, cookies, domains, and DNS;

• Understanding of client-server architecture and basic web product principles;

• Understanding of product and marketing metrics;

• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools;

• Ability to conduct technical research independently and quickly learn new technologies and tools;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and manage available team capacity;

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with MarTech products and tools;

• Understanding of digital marketing, acquisition, affiliate marketing, and web traffic principles;

• Experience with analytics, tracking, attribution, marketing APIs, and third-party service integrations.
